The hotel is in a great location, just next to the palace. My superior double room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast on the shady terrace was enjoyable with some toast, jam, and fresh fruit. The highlight was definitely the view from the rooftop terrace, fine. I also appreciated the pool with a view, perfect for a dip!

Well-appointed and spotless room with a private bathroom. A mini-bar, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card were nice. Very central location - very close to a palace and a Royal palace.
Beds were very old.

What you'll love and what you won't
The rooftop pool and bar offers fine views, perfect after a day exploring the city. The friendly staff creates a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home.
Breakfast options lean towards Asian cuisine, lacking familiar Western items, which might disappoint some. The tea selection could use improvement for those who enjoy a quality brew.

great location but some room service issues
The room was spacious with a city view that delighted us each morning. The rooftop bar provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after exploring. Breakfast, although repetitive, featured tasty options including an egg station and fried rice.
Room service often left behind used glasses and cutlery, which required extra effort to request replacements.

A Nice Family Stay with Great Amenities
The spacious Superior Double Room accommodated our family perfectly, while the clean and well-equipped bathroom ensured convenience. Enjoying the egg and noodle station for breakfast reminded me of a special treat, even if the options were limited. A nice touch!

The family suite with a balcony was impressively spacious. Water refill service was available daily, and fresh bed linens were a welcome touch after a day out.
Breakfast was a letdown-limited choices and poor replenishment made for a frustrating morning routine. Trying to seat the entire family in the cramped breakfast area was a challenge. There was no soundproofing in the rooms, allowing noise from the hallway to intrude, which disrupted relaxation. The restaurant on the rooftop lacked guest discounts, and the dining experience fell short of expectations, particularly the pricey and poorly executed duck dish. Lastly, the shower was on the smaller side.

We loved the spacious room with a massive bathroom (the bathtub was a treat!). The restaurant serves fantastic food, and the staff is super helpful (a special shoutout to the reception guy!). Renting a scooter was effortless and affordable. The swimming pool was impeccably clean, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.

The Executive Suite we stayed in was really spacious, perfect for our family. It was clean and had good amenities. The balcony offered a nice view, and local restaurants nearby were a definite bonus. But the noise from the street could get distracting at times, a bit annoying.
